We provide a big range or training courses and assessments for the Paddle UK qualifications to suit your needs.
Paddlesport safety and Rescue Training
The Paddlesport Safety and Rescue Course aims to provide paddlers with the key safety and rescue skills required to operate safely and to be able to deal with common problems in a sheltered water environment.
Paddlesport Leader training
The Paddlesport Leader is aimed at paddlers who wish to lead groups of mixed craft on both wind affected and slow moving sheltered water.
Touring Award
Your Touring Award endorses your skill, judgment and decision making required to
have a successful day on a river or estuary. You will be confident in planning and
undertaking journeys with proficient skills to be in control throughout. Your award
should be seen as a sound basis for building the experience and knowledge
associated with the Open Water Touring Award holders.
Sup Safer Awar
The SUP Safer course is designed for anyone new or relatively novice to Stand Up Paddleboarding, wanting to gain knowledge and raise their awareness of their personal safety in a sheltered water environment.

Sea Kayak Award
The Sea Kayak Award endorses your skill, judgment and the decision making
required for a successful day on the sea. You will be confident in planning and
undertaking journeys on the sea, in winds up to and including force 3 and/or tides up
to 1 Knot, using sea kayaks or sit on tops, in tidal or non-tidal environments, with
proficient skills to be in control throughout. Your award should be seen as a sound
basis for building the experience and knowledge associated with Coastal Sea Kayak
Award holders.
Multi Day Touring Award
As a Multi-Day Touring Award holder, you will have the ability to apply your choices to an enjoyable multi-day trip on a variety of waters including canals, lochs/lakes, estuaries and sections of rivers up to grade 2.​
White Water Award
Your White Water Award endorses your skill, judgment and decision making to
ensure a successful day on rivers up to grade 2. You will be confident in planning
and undertaking journeys on moving water with proficient skills to be in control
throughout. Your award should be seen as a sound basis for building the experience
and knowledge associated with Progressive White Water Award holders.
Paddlesport Explore Award
The Explore Award gives you ownership; allowing you to choose where you move
next in the world of paddlesport. Working with a coach you will be able to develop a
programme that suits what you need. Learning to make confident choices with this
individualised approach. Recognising your ability to independently paddle your
chosen craft in a sheltered water environmen
Open Water Touring Award
Your Open Water Touring Award endorses your judgment, decision making and
expertise and requires a good understanding of touring on open water or estuaries.
