Our equipment has a 1 year warranty against manufacturers faults, so if your equipment isn’t up to scratch and you think it is due to a fault from the factory, please ring us and we will do our best to fix it. We might ask you to send some pictures first and maybe drop it to us in Exeter or send it over…
We will not be able to replace or repair your equipment for free if it hasn’t been treated with the necessary care. Please make sure you always follow our “how to keep your Blue Salt Sup equioment intact & looking good instructions” but just get in touch anyway if you somethings gone wrong…
If your equioment is older than one year and something goes wrong, do not worry we know accidents happen when you are having fun, we will still try to help as much as we can so just get in touch via email or give us a ring.
